Returns will only be refunded as a store credit. You must contact us within 3 days of the delivery date in writing at carolfashionselection@gmail.com to receive a return RMA number. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

You are responsible for return shipping changes. We are not responsible for items lost in the mail so please track and insure your package as you see fit.

All items must have original tags be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and not damaged to be eligible for a return. Items must be postmarked to us within 10 days of delivery date.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item , it must be reported to us within 3 business days at carolfashionselection@gmail.com, or its considered wear and tear and not be eligible for a return.

We are not responsible for reshipping items with incorrect addresses. If items are returned to us for insufficient addresses you will be charge for the original shipping cost and you may choose to have the items reshipped to you at your expense.

After we inspect the item and deem it returnable we will email you with a store credit.
